New Patient Process

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by either Lori, Karen, or Chelsie.  Lori, Karen, or Chelsie will review your new patient forms for completeness.  If our office will be filing insurance on your behalf, please bring your insurance card, as they will contact your insurance company for your available benefits.  These benefits will be reviewed with you.

Next, you will meet your dental assistant and dentist.  Your dental assistant will seat you in a non-dental chair, making sure you are comfortable.  The assistant may review your medical and dental histories and also take your blood pressure.

Your dentist will come in to meet you.  During this time, you will be able to express your desires and expectations about your dental care.  This is a great time to get to know your dentist and your dentist to know you.  He or she will also thoroughly review your dental and medical histories.  After this is complete, you will be seated in a dental chair.

Once you are comfortable in the dental chair, the rest of your comprehensive dental exam will be completed.  For a detail of the comprehensive exam, please visit Comprehensive Dental Exam
